Here at Tired Panda, we take shipping seriously... but not too seriously. After all, we’re shipping t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags, not pandas! Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your cosy, stylish, and totally awesome gear from our paws to yours, right here in mainland UK.

How We Ship Your Snazzy Stuff

Method of Transportation:

Our shipping ninjas, disguised as delivery drivers, will zoom to your doorstep. No pandas were harmed in the making of this delivery service.

Shipping Days:

We ship on weekdays, because pandas need weekends too! Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time:

Give us 5 business days to get your goodies packed and ready to go. Our pandas need their beauty sleep and can't rush perfection.

Delivery Time

Expect your package to arrive in 5-7 business days. Not too fast, not too slow, just right... like Goldilocks' porridge.

Shipping Costs

We only ship to mainland UK and don't charge a single penny extra for shipping.

Tracking Your Order:

We want you to get your gear at the right time, we use loads of different shipping companies. Some are better for different areas (welcome to the crazy world of shipping). Unfortunately this means we can't offer any tracking deets. Yeah, it makes us sad too.

Shipping Restrictions:

Mainland UK Only:

Sorry, folks outside mainland UK. We love you, but our pandas need to stay close to home. We promise to work on our teleportation skills.

Lost or Damaged Goods:

If your package gets lost in the bamboo forest or arrives looking like it’s been through a panda wrestling match, let us know. We'll send out a search party or a replacement faster than you can say "Bamboo!"
